B&B Villa La Cupa Rules  2005 – 2006

Art. 1. Accommodation and reservation : To reserve a room fill out the RESERVATION FORM.

Only after having contacted B&B Villa La Cupa and agreed to the proposed accommodation solutions, send a completed RESERVATION FORM via fax to + 39 0832 393741. Reservation is valid from the moment that B&B Villa La Cupa has sent you the confirmation via fax or e-mail. B&B Villa La Cupa confirmation will be sent after you have sent a bank transfer order.

Art. 2. Making reservations : To reserve a room it is necessary an advance of 25% of the amount of the entire stay.

When the RESERVATION FORM sent via fax to + 39 0832 393741 will be received, B&B Villa La Cupa will communicate to you the payment data via e-mail. Please, do not pay if you have not received the payment data yet.

To reserve the room it is necessary to give an advance of 25% of the amount of the entire stay by a bank transfer order.

Please, send a copy of receipt of the bank transfer order via fax to + 39 0832 393741 so that the reservation procedure could end early.

Art. 3. Irregularity : B&B Villa La Cupa intends that the personal data written in the RESERVATION FORM are true.

If the personal data is not true or if the advance is not given following the way that B&B Villa La Cupa has communicated to you, requests will not be processed. In all the above mentioned situations, B&B Villa La Cupa will claim as compensation for damage.

Please, inform B&B Villa La Cupa via fax to + 39 0832 393741 about an eventual delay giving the advance.

Art. 4. Balance : The balance must be given at the arrival.

If the balance will be not given, B&B Villa La Cupa will claim balance and other expenses.

Art. 5. Changes / Cancellations :

Advance is not refundable for cancellations, besides:

However, the reservation could be made over to another person on condition that you do not operate at your own profit. Please, communicate to B&B Villa La Cupa via e-mail or fax the personal data of people you will make over the reservation to. If you will not communicate the making over of the reservation, B&B Villa La Cupa means this case as a no-show. 

Art. 6. Arrival day : If there is not previous agreement, rooms are available from 15:00 p.m. to 20:00 p.m. on the scheduled arrival. Please, leave  the rooms within 11:00 a.m. on departure day. If there is not previous agreement, weekly stay begins on Saturday and ends next Saturday.
